포괄적 노인 건강사정: 90세 여성 환자의 다면적 건강 평가

본 연구는 90세 여성 환자의 포괄적 건강상태를 사회·인구학적, 의학적, 기능적, 인지적, 정서적 측면에서 심층 분석하였다. 환자는 알츠하이머병, 요실금, 무릎관절증, 당뇨 등 복합 만성질환을 가진 고령 환자로, 다양한 건강평가 도구를 활용하여 그의 전반적인 건강상태와 삶의 질을 평가하였다. MMSE-KC 검사 결과 14점, ADL 14점, 낙상위험도 평가 등을 통해 환자의 신체적, 인지적 취약성을 확인하였으며, 종합적인 중재 방안의 필요성을 제시하였다.

This study conducted a comprehensive health assessment of a 90-year-old female patient, analyzing her social, demographic, medical, functional, cognitive, and emotional dimensions. The patient, suffering from multiple chronic conditions including Alzheimer's disease, urinary incontinence, knee arthritis, and diabetes, was evaluated using various health assessment tools to understand her overall health status and quality of life. The MMSE-KC test result of 14 points, ADL score of 14 points, and fall risk assessment revealed the patient's physical and cognitive vulnerabilities, highlighting the need for comprehensive intervention strategies.
