급성 췌장염 환자의 간호 사례 연구

본 연구는 53세 남성 급성 췌장염 환자의 간호 사례를 통해 환자의 건강 문제와 간호 중재를 분석하였다. 주요 간호 진단으로는 급성 통증, 고체온, 체액부족 위험, 불안정한 혈당, 영양 불균형, 불안 등이 도출되었다. 간호 중재를 통해 대상자의 신체적, 심리적 상태를 개선하고자 하였으며, 알코올 중독과 관련된 건강 문제에 대한 교육과 지지를 제공하였다.

This case study analyzed the health problems and nursing interventions for a 53-year-old male patient with acute pancreatitis. Major nursing diagnoses included acute pain, hyperthermia, risk of fluid deficit, unstable blood glucose, nutritional imbalance, and anxiety. Through nursing interventions, the study aimed to improve the patient's physical and psychological conditions, and provided education and support regarding health issues related to alcohol addiction.
