다문화 가정 부부갈등 해소를 위한 부부관계 향상 프로그램의 효과성 연구

본 연구는 다문화 가정의 부부갈등 해소를 위한 부부관계 향상 프로그램의 효과성을 분석하고자 한다. 국제결혼 부부의 문화적 차이, 의사소통 장애, 가치관 충돌 등으로 인한 갈등 문제에 주목하여 통합적 접근 방법을 제시한다. 가족 상담, 요리 교실, 공동 취미 활동, 문화 이해 교육 등 다차원적 프로그램을 통해 부부 간 상호 이해와 소통 능력을 향상시키고, 이를 통해 다문화 가정의 결혼 만족도와 가족 기능을 증진시키고자 한다.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of marital relationship improvement programs for resolving conflicts in multicultural families. Focusing on issues such as cultural differences, communication barriers, and value conflicts in international marriages, the research presents an integrated approach. Through multidimensional programs including family counseling, cooking classes, shared hobby activities, and cultural understanding education, the study seeks to enhance mutual understanding and communication skills between couples, ultimately improving marital satisfaction and family functioning in multicultural families.
