By examining Supreme Court precedents focusing on qualitative and quantitative discrepancies, reuse of void registrations, and recovery registrations, the registration system is confirmed to have a dual structure simultaneously pursuing substantive truthfulness and procedural stability. In particular, the recognition of identity in social conventions, the principle of publicizing the current true rights status, and the substantive supplementation of procedural defects reflect legal policy choices for harmonizing transaction safety and substantive justice. Therefore, the validity requirements for real property registration function not as mere legal technical provisions but as control mechanisms realizing the fundamental ideology of real property law.
