학교 철학에 기초한 담임교사의 학급철학 정립과 학급 운영 실천: 실제 학급 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 학교 철학이 담임교사의 학급철학 정립과 학급 운영에 미치는 영향을 탐구한다. 교육철학의 위계적 구조(국가 수준-교육청 수준-학교 수준-학급 수준)를 분석하고, 학교 철학과 비전이 실제 교실에서 어떻게 구현되는지를 살펴본다. 특히 한 초등학교의 사례를 통해 학급 현실 분석, 핵심 가치 도출, 학급철학·비전·목표 설정, 그리고 이를 기반한 생활지도, 관계 형성, 학습 운영의 실제를 구체적으로 제시한다. 연구 결과, 명확한 학급철학은 담임교사의 판단을 지탱하는 중심축이 되며, 학생들에게 일관되고 예측 가능한 교육 환경을 제공함으로써 학급 공동체의 안정적 운영과 학생의 전인적 성장을 가능하게 함을 확인하였다.

This study explores the influence of school philosophy on classroom teachers' establishment of classroom philosophy and classroom management practice. It analyzes the hierarchical structure of educational philosophy (national level-provincial education office level-school level-classroom level) and examines how school philosophy and vision are actually implemented in the classroom. In particular, through a case study of an elementary school, it presents specific examples of classroom reality analysis, core value derivation, establishment of classroom philosophy, vision, and goals, and the actual implementation of life guidance, relationship formation, and learning management based on these. The research confirms that a clear classroom philosophy serves as the central axis supporting teachers' judgment, and by providing students with consistent and predictable educational environments, it enables stable classroom community operation and holistic student development.
