한국 청년 여성의 기술 매개 성폭력과 자살 사상: 절망감과 아동기 외상 경험에 의한 조절된 매개 효과

본 연구는 한국의 20-30대 여성을 대상으로 기술 매개 성폭력(TFSV)이 자살 사상에 미치는 영향과 그 경로를 절망감의 우울증 이론을 기반으로 검증하였다. 2023년 4월부터 6월까지 온라인 횡단면 조사를 통해 309명의 미혼 여성을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 55.7%의 참가자가 최소 1회 이상의 TFSV 피해를 경험했으며, TFSV 피해 경험이 있는 참가자들이 더 높은 수준의 자살 사상을 보고했다. 부트스트랩 매개 분석 결과, 절망감이 TFSV와 자살 사상 사이의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 더욱이 아동기 외상 경험(CTE)은 TFSV와 절망감 간의 직접 관계, 그리고 TFSV와 자살 사상 간의 간접 관계를 강화하는 조절 효과를 보였다. 이 연구는 TFSV의 개념을 소개하고, TFSV가 자살 사상에 미치는 구체적인 영향을 검증하며, 절망감의 역할을 강조한다. 또한 아동기 외상 경험이 성인기 정신 건강에 미치는 중요한 영향을 확인한다.

This study examined the relationship between technology-facilitated sexual violence (TFSV) and suicidal ideation among women aged 20-39 in South Korea, based on the hopelessness theory of depression. Data were collected through an online cross-sectional survey from April to June 2023, involving 309 unmarried female participants. Results showed that 55.7% of participants had experienced TFSV at least once, and those with TFSV victimization reported higher levels of suicidal ideation. Bootstrap mediation analysis revealed that hopelessness partially mediated the relationship between TFSV and suicidal ideation. Moreover, childhood trauma experiences (CTE) moderated the direct association between TFSV and hopelessness, as well as the indirect relationship between TFSV and suicidal ideation. This study introduces the concept of TFSV, verifies the specific pathways through which TFSV affects suicidal ideation, and highlights the mediating role of hopelessness. Additionally, it confirms the significant influence of childhood trauma experiences on adulthood mental distress.
