결혼이주여성의 산전·산후 건강관리에서 간호사의 역할과 보건의료팀 협력 방안

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 산전·산후 건강관리 과정에서 간호사를 중심으로 한 보건의료팀의 협력 방안을 제시한다. 결혼이주여성은 언어 장벽, 문화적 차이, 사회적 지지 부족 등으로 인해 임신·출산 과정에서 건강 취약성을 경험한다. 본 연구에서는 통역 연계, 개별화된 건강 사정, 정서적 지지 제공, 지역사회 자원 연계 등의 간호중재를 통해 의료 정보 이해도 향상, 산전검사 이행 촉진, 산후 회복 지원, 산후우울 조기 발견을 도모하는 다학제적 접근을 제안한다. 특히 간호사는 언어적·문화적 특성을 고려한 교육자이자 의료팀 간 협력을 조정하는 조정자로서의 역할이 중요함을 강조한다.

This study presents interprofessional healthcare team collaboration approaches centered on nurses in prenatal and postnatal health management for married immigrant women. Married immigrant women experience health vulnerabilities during pregnancy and childbirth due to language barriers, cultural differences, and lack of social support. This study proposes a multidisciplinary approach through nursing interventions including interpretation coordination, individualized health assessment, emotional support provision, and community resource linkage to improve medical information comprehension, promote prenatal screening adherence, support postpartum recovery, and enable early detection of postpartum depression. The study emphasizes the critical role of nurses as educators considering linguistic and cultural characteristics and as coordinators facilitating collaboration among healthcare team members.
