Samsung Electronics establishes multi-tier supply chain tracking and integrated due diligence systems, Apple applies codes of conduct to suppliers in over 60 countries, and the automotive industry pursues supply source diversification and regional production capacity distribution. Artificial intelligence and cloud technology enable early risk signal detection and simulation, but data accuracy and human judgment are essential. Korean companies must address global supply chain uncertainties through enterprise-wide risk management integration, expanded supply chain visibility, supply source diversification, collaborative due diligence systems, and data standardization.
