대장암 환자의 조기 진단 및 치료 전략이 생존율과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 전 세계적으로 높은 유병률을 보이는 대장암의 조기 진단 및 효과적인 치료 전략 마련의 중요성을 강조한다. 특히 서구화된 식습관과 고령화에 따른 발생률 증가, 젊은 연령층으로의 발병 확대, 진단 시기에 따른 생존율의 차이, 그리고 장루 수술 환자의 삶의 질 저하 등이 주요 연구 문제이다. 본 연구는 대장암의 조기 발견이 생존율 향상에 미치는 직접적 영향을 분석하고, 특히 장루 수술을 받은 환자들의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 측면에서의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 포괄적 간호 중재 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 전 세대를 아우르는 예방, 조기 진단, 그리고 치료 후 관리 체계의 통합적 접근 방안을 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and effective treatment strategies for colorectal cancer, which shows high prevalence worldwide. The main research issues include the increasing incidence due to westernized dietary habits and aging population, the expansion of onset to younger age groups, differences in survival rates depending on diagnostic timing, and reduced quality of life in patients undergoing colostomy surgery. This research aims to analyze the direct impact of early detection of colorectal cancer on improving survival rates and to present comprehensive nursing intervention strategies to improve the quality of life for colostomy patients in physical, psychological, and social aspects. Through this, it is expected to derive an integrated approach to prevention, early diagnosis, and post-treatment management systems across all generations.
